Is this a good exercise program?okay so here's my exercise program: monday: treadmill (running at about 4.0 mph for 30 min) elliptical (resistance and incline for 30 min) tuesday: pilates/ other workout video wednesday: repeat monday thursday: repeat tuesday friday: repeat monday sat & sun: rest |

| Lot's of cardiovascular should make you lose weight, but have you tried using weights at all also? Try to speak to someone experienced about which workout plans you can do with weights, as I think they have been shown to be useful for losing weight too. You could also try rearranging your exercise plan every 3 months or so to help boost your motivation and keep your body from getting used to the workout routine (making you see reduced results) as I think I read that that can happen. |
